Art directions 2019 | Mildura Arts Centre

For this show I presented all new work that was made specifically for the Mallee.  I created a foraging running suit, a foraging cart and a wood turned bowl and curved spoon. All made here in Mildura during 2019. The bowl is turned from jacaranda from the Inland Botanic Gardens. The running suit has been designed especially with the Mallee climate in mind and is part of a summer wardrobe being sewn for 2019. I also presented samples of bush tucker and introduced fruit and plants foraged from around the Mallee.
